Data processing
Your employer may ask you to submit certain personal data:
- during the selection procedure and in the job interview
- when drafting the employment contract and preparing an employee file
- throughout your employment period
Criteria for lawful data processing
Your data processing is an interference with your right to control the use of your private information and thus with your private life. Therefore, the collection and subsequent use of your personal data is allowed only in compliance with specific criteria listed exhaustively in the General Data Protection Regulation.
