How to complain

The processing of your medical data indisputably limits your right to private life and its confidentiality. If you believe that decisions or actions taken in this field have been applied, but not in accordance with the law and/or in a disproportionate way, you can challenge the decisions and actions taken by the public authority or private individual or entity that possesses your medical data.
