You can complain to the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson Office if you believe you were discriminated against by Lithuanian state officials or institutions or private persons.
However, there are some conditions, which you have to take into account before submitting a complaint:
The Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson cannot investigate cases, which do not involve discrimination under one of the protected grounds, sexual harassment or harassment. Read more about what can the Ombudsperson do for you.

You cannot complain about a violation of another person’s human rights, unless you have a right to represent that person.
