In some cases you can get free legal aid.
You are entitled to a free lawyer to represent or assist you with your complaint to the Human Rights Committee only if you qualify for it under the Law on State Guaranteed Legal Aid. You can also hire a lawyer or write an application yourself.
The Human Rights Committee will not provide you with a lawyer, or pay for your lawyer’s services.
