Job seekers
The Employment Service provides the following services for jobseekers:
- advice on job search, career development and retraining
- assessment of employability
- drawing up an individual employment action plan
- employment mediation
- financial support to acquire a profession or new competences, to improve work skills or to set up a business.
Employers
The Employment Service provides the following services for employers:
- registration and publication of job vacancies on the website of the Service
- recruitment and selection of employees according to the requirements of the employees
- subsidising workers' wages and commuting costs
- financing opportunities for business development
- training opportunities for employees with knowledge of the company's technological equipment and working environment (vocational training, apprenticeships) meetings and counselling in the event of redundancies.
